Vicon Pipe Line Software is the intelligence behind every Vicon pipe production system. Developed, supported, and continuously enhanced by the same engineering team that designs and manufactures Vicon machinery, it delivers complete machine control, intelligent automation, and dependable
performance from a single integrated platform.

Designed specifically for HVAC pipe fabrication, the software automates the entire production process—from blank processing and lockseam forming to pipe rolling and finishing—helping fabricators improve productivity, maintain consistent quality, and reduce operator intervention. Because Vicon develops both the machinery and the software, there is no reliance on third-party control systems, ensuring seamless integration, ongoing innovation, and responsive support from one trusted source.

For shops already using another HVAC CAD/CAM system, Vicon can import compatible files directly into the Vicon control system, making it easy to leverage existing programming while benefiting from Vicon's integrated machine control. Vicon Pipe Line Software is supplied as part of a complete Vicon machine or Vicon control system solution and is not licensed as a standalone software product.
