The Vicon V8 Slip & Drive Rollformer is engineered to produce Slip & Drive connections that exceed SMACNA standards while delivering the durability, precision, and reliability demanded by today's HVAC fabrication shops. Featuring eight forming stations and heavy-duty industrial construction, the V8 provides consistent profile quality, smooth material flow, and dependable long-term performance.
Equipped with Flat "S" and Drive Cleat tooling inboard, the V8 can be customized with additional outboard tooling including Pittsburgh, Snaplock, 4-in-1, and Acme Lock profiles to support a wide range of fabrication requirements. An optional high-speed slitter allows fabricators to produce slips and drives from scrap material, helping reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Built with heavy-duty roller shafts, large greaseable bearings, an industrial oil bath worm gear drive, and a roller chain drive system, the V8 is designed for continuous operation in demanding production environments. Production speeds up to 90 FPM help maximize throughput while maintaining consistent profile quality.
