Vicon Fabrication Software is proprietary software developed exclusively by Vicon for Vicon high-definition plasma cutting systems. Developed and supported by the same team that designs and builds Vicon machinery, it helps fabricators create production-ready jobs while maximizing material utilization, cutting accuracy, and overall productivity. Because the software is fully integrated with Vicon equipment, it is not available as a standalone software package.
Intelligent nesting optimizes part placement to reduce material waste, while built-in fitting libraries, preloaded fabrication standards, and intuitive editing tools simplify programming. Operators can quickly move from Enter, Import, Nest, Cut and even prepare or edit upcoming jobs while the machine continues cutting to maximize productivity.
For shops already using another HVAC CAD/CAM system, Vicon Fabrication Software imports compatible files, making it easy to leverage existing programming while taking advantage of Vicon's precision cutting capabilities. Like every Vicon control solution, it is developed and supported in-house, providing seamless integration, continuous software enhancements, and lifetime phone support for the original machine owner.
