The Vicon Dual Head Corner Insertion Machine is designed to automate the insertion and crimping of stackable bolt connection corners for rectangular duct fabrication. Engineered for speed, consistency, and reliability, the system inserts corners into straight duct with T25-a or T25-b flanges, helping fabricators increase throughput while reducing labor and assembly time.
Built to process 16 to 26-gauge galvanized steel duct sections ranging from 32" to 56" in length, the Dual Head Corner Insertion Machine features quick, tool-free adjustments for fast changeovers between duct sizes. Its heavy-duty tubular frame construction delivers long-term durability in demanding production environments while maintaining consistent corner placement and crimp quality.
