Producing pipe from 3" to 24" in diameter with Reeves or modified lock seams, the system integrates coil feeding, straightening, beading, notching, shearing, lockseam forming, and pipe rolling into an efficient production process.
Precision servo controls produce accurate blanks and automatically position the dual-head rollformer, while the Pipe Roll System forms and crimps the pipe while protecting the lock seams. Designed to handle 24–30-gauge material and pipe lengths from 2' to 5', the Vicon Pipe Line helps reduce manual handling and maintain consistent production from coil stock to finished round duct.
