Combining coil feeding, straightening, beading, notching, shearing, and bending in one efficient system, it helps reduce manual material handling while improving production speed and consistency.

Built for demanding sheet metal fabrication environments, the Shear & Bend features heavy-duty material handling components, combination notch dies, and a powerful hydraulic shear for clean, consistent processing. The bending system forms the male Pittsburgh edge and produces L-sections, U-sections, and full-wrap duct, providing flexibility for a variety of rectangular duct production requirements.
