The Vicon V8 Pittsburgh Rollformer is engineered to produce high-quality Pittsburgh seams that exceed SMACNA standards while delivering the durability, precision, and reliability demanded by today's HVAC fabrication shops. Featuring eight forming stations and a heavy-duty drive system, the V8 provides consistent seam quality and dependable performance in high-production environments.

Built with stress-proof roller shafts, large heavy-duty bearings, and an industrial oil bath worm gear drive, the V8 is designed for long service life and minimal maintenance. Its unique eight-station configuration eliminates opening rolls on any roll set, improving forming consistency and reducing setup complexity.

Available with optional Right Angle Flange, 4-in-1, or Acme Lock tooling, the V8 can be configured to meet a variety of fabrication requirements while maintaining production speeds up to 90 FPM.
