Vicon Coil Line Software is the intelligence that powers Vicon automated coil processing systems. Developed in-house by the same engineering team that designs and manufactures Vicon machinery, it provides complete control of every stage of the fabrication process—from coil feeding and straightening to notching, beading, shearing, and blank production. Intelligent automation, real-time machine communication, and intuitive controls help fabricators increase throughput, improve accuracy, and reduce material waste while simplifying day-to-day operation.

Because Vicon develops both the machinery and the software, there is no reliance on third-party control systems. The result is seamless integration, dependable performance, and ongoing software enhancements backed by the same team that supports your equipment. For customers already using another HVAC CAD/CAM system, Vicon can import compatible files into the Vicon control system, making it easy to integrate existing programming into your workflow.

Vicon Coil Line Software is supplied as part of a complete Vicon machine or Vicon control system solution and is not licensed as a standalone software product.
