The Vicon Lockseam System is engineered to automatically form precision Pittsburgh and Snaplock seams with exceptional speed, accuracy, and reliability. Designed for high-volume HVAC duct fabrication, the system utilizes independently formed male and female seams, a positive rollform feed system, and heavy-duty transfer conveyors to produce square, consistent duct while eliminating tapered edges and duct twist.

Featuring Vicon's exclusive Accessible Design Concept, the open-top design eliminates overhead devices to reduce the potential for misfeeds and jams while allowing oversized blanks to feed directly into the TDX Rollformer, Automatic Duct Liner System, and Full Wrap Automatic Brake System. Quick-change rollforming, automatic button punch positioning, and optional dual-head configurations further improve production efficiency while minimizing setup time and maximizing shop productivity.
