The Vicon Automatic Duct Liner System eliminates the time-consuming manual process of applying insulation to ductwork by automating liner unwinding, cutting, adhesive application, and liner attachment. Designed for high-volume HVAC fabrication, the system delivers consistent liner placement, improved production efficiency, and reduced labor requirements while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Capable of processing a wide range of insulation materials including Armaflex® and K-Flex®, the system features automated controls, a high-speed multi-head pin spotter, and an industry-leading liner guiding system that requires no adjustments. Optional patented technologies, including the Four-Position Insulation Coil Holder and Heavy-Duty Liner Shearing System, further reduce downtime and simplify insulation changeovers.
